Terms & refunds

A bid buys one of ten fixed ad spaces on the suit, for as long as nobody bids higher on that same space. Bids start at $1. It is a payment for advertising, not a wager: no money is pooled between advertisers, none is held on anyone's behalf, and no cash is ever paid out.

The highest bid on a space holds it. Because anybody may bid more on that same space at any time, holding it is never permanent and is not promised for any length of time. Being outbid is the expected behaviour of the product, not a fault, and is not grounds for a refund.

A bid is refunded in full if the ad cannot be shown for a reason on our side — a failure here, or an ad we decline after payment. Ask by replying to your receipt. Bids are not refunded once an ad has been live, including when it has been outbid.

Anything illegal or deceptive; sexual content; content targeting a private individual; anything impersonating a company, person or brand that is not yours; and malware or misleading download prompts. We may remove an ad that breaks this, and will refund it if it never ran.

You confirm you are entitled to advertise the site you submit. We show the title, description and icon that the page publishes about itself, and you grant us permission to display them while the ad is live.
